Bergen Airport is the 2nd largest airport in Norway and as the Gateway to Fjords of Norway
It is only natural to cooperate closely with the local Chamber of Tourism as well as the airlines operating their routes to this attractive destination.
The Bergen Tourist Board is a common body for promoting the City of Bergen in Norway and abroad. Activities cover: Public-related information and profiling, media and trade related service and more. With 400 members, almost every company within the tourist trade in Bergen is active through the Tourist Board. At the Mid-Atlantic fair Avinor at Bergen airport and VisitBergen joins forces to show easy acess to the city of Bergen and the surrounding fjord and mountain area.

Region Stavanger BA cooperates with Innovation Norway and Fjord Norway and is a member of International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) as well as Norway Convention Bureau (NCB).
Region Stavanger BA is also responsible for running the tourist information offices in Stavanger and Sandnes.
