Information for Mid-Atlantic Supplier Participants 2012

First of all we would like to welcome you to the 20th Mid-Atlantic Seminar & Trade Show (MATS). Here you will find some practical information which we hope will be of use.


Shipping of material:  If you need to send material or brochures to Iceland prior to your arrival please send them to:

Please mark your material (each box) with your company name and contact person. Your material will then be available for pickup at the sportshall during opening hours on Thursday and Friday (February 2-3)

Dropbox: For suppliers with a presentation during the workshop.  You will receive from the Mid- Atlantic Committee an invitation via email with information regarding our Dropbox and instructions on how to proceed. We kindly ask you to submit your presentation through our Dropbox no later than Thursday January 26th. This is to ensure that we can double check that the presentation will run smoothly on the presentation day. We cannot guarantee that presentations will run problem free if we don’t receive your file via Dropbox by the deadline of January 26th.

Transfer from the airport:   Complimentary bus transfers will be offered from the airport to your hotel.  The buses will depart from outside the arrival hall. 

For other transportation during the MATS please refer to the bus schedule that will be included in the Mid-Atlantic Program Guide you will receive upon arrival at your hotel.


Internet Connections: Free internet will be available at all participating hotels for MATS delegates as a special courtesy of the hotels during the seminar.

Free internet will also be available at the Sportshall. For a username and password please visit the information desk upon arrival.

The Sports Hall (Exhibition Hall):  Access to the Hall will be available for set up during the following times:

Thursday, February 2nd between 16:30-18:30H

Friday, February 3rd from 08:00H.

Please note that all stands have to be ready no later than 0900H on Friday February 3rd.
Each stand is V shaped with 2 walls; each wall is 1m x 2.5m with a printing area of 95 cm x 239 cm. One table and up to 4 chairs will be available at each stand.


Electricity – each stand has an electrical outlet which uses 220V,


MATS Information Desks will be located at the following hotels and during the following hours:

Restricted Entrance/Admission – please be aware that we will only grant access to the workshop and other events related to MATS to registered guests in possession of a MATS Name Badge.
